Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of safety practices, and wears PPE as assigned
- Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects
- Strong work ethic to work independently and cooperatively as a team player
- Knowledge of Cal OSHA
- Experience in warehouse operations, preferably with electrical components
- Familiarity with warehouse routing systems and inventory software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook
- Experience in chaining and strapping preferred.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
- Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
- Generate manifest paperwork and cross check loads for accuracy.
- Learn to safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area.
- Operate industrial truck or electric pallet jack to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
- Assist in training and development of associates.
- Monitor attendance, hours worked and job performance.
- Perform all assigned duties in a professional and ethical manner in accordance with OneSource policies.
- Participates in and follows all OneSource policies, guidelines, safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.
