About The Position

E.A. Sween is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Lewisville, TX. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, supports teammates, solves problems, and takes pride in getting the job done right. For most of the year, you will support daily warehouse operations, coordinate workflow, train associates, maintain safety and quality standards, and step into warehouse functions as needed. Once per year, you will complete a planned three-month overnight rotation from 10:00 P.M.–6:00 A.M. During this rotation, approximately 85–90% of your work will focus on receiving and inventory, including scanning incoming products into the system and verifying accuracy. You will receive an additional $1.00-per-hour shift differential while working the overnight rotation.
