About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a Warehouse Associate Lead to work in the offices of our Outlet stores. These positions are responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our offices, distribution centers, warehouses and customer lounges. These fast paced, multi-faceted positions are responsible for unloading trailers, pulling customer orders, loading furniture purchases for customer pick-ups/deliveries, loading furniture purchases for customers, and arranging furniture within the showroom at the direction of our designers and managers. They also maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of our showrooms, warehouse and parking lots.

Requirements

Team player, driven and motivated to succeed
Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
Capacity to learn and work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment
Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, stand, walk for prolonged period of time
Able to follow directions and work safely
Be at least 18 years of age.
Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
Able to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior furniture and/or janitorial experience is a plus!
