About The Position

This is a full-time position where the Lead Waitstaff/Server will be responsible for serving residents and training new team members. A great attitude and a heart for serving the elderly are important. The role involves serving food to assigned tables, delivering food orders to apartments and cottages, performing opening and closing duties, resetting tables, and periodically preparing simple food items like salads and desserts. The position also includes assisting in the preparation of cold food items and cleaning assigned areas daily. Training new staff is a key responsibility.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in hospitality.
• 1 year of experience in training other employees.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must have a great attitude and a heart for serving the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Serve food to assigned tables.
• Deliver food orders to apartments and cottages.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Reset tables for next guest.
• Periodically prepare simple food items such as salads and desserts.
• Assist in the preparation of cold food items.
• Clean assigned areas daily.
• Train new staff.
