About The Position
Desert Hills Animal Clinic is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join their thriving, well-established practice in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is for a veterinarian who enjoys mentorship, leadership, and helping shape the future of a successful hospital while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. Desert Hills Animal Clinic is a full-service animal hospital with an experienced four-doctor team and highly skilled support staff. They provide comprehensive veterinary care for dogs, cats, and select exotic pets, including preventative care, dentistry, orthopedic procedures, emergency surgery, and internal medicine. The clinic's culture is collaborative, supportive, and fun, with a commitment to Fear Free-inspired patient care, strong client relationships, and individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Veterinarian who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and mentorship
- Strong interest in surgery is highly preferred
