About The Position

Tundra Process Solutions is currently seeking a Lead Valve Technician based out of our Fort St John Branch. This role is for an individual who is passionate about valves, a self-starter, and possesses the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly.

Requirements

At least 2+ years of industry experience in the Oil and Gas Sector
Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
Lives Tundra Core Values
Valid Forklift Operations Ticket
Experience and training in both Hoisting and Rigging
Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
Must be local to the Fort St John area or willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

Experience in pressure testing is preferred
Small Crane Certificate is an asset

Responsibilities

Field servicing of Ball and Gate Valves
Repairs and inspections of Choke and Control Valves
On-site and over the phone/email troubleshooting for clients
Repair of ESD Valves and Components
In-house repairs to Manifold Valves, Actuators and ANSI Valves
Pressure Testing
Forklift Operations
