About The Position

As a Lead Value Engineer for Asset & Wealth Management, you will architect and drive large-scale AI- and data-driven business transformation across the NAM market using the Celonis Context Model. Working with local and global Value Engineers, you will combine technical execution with consulting and project management to support complex roadmaps and deliver targeted transformation initiatives. The role focuses on customer success and high-stakes SaaS and AI adoption at global financial institutions and regional banking enterprise accounts, translating complex financial and operational needs into technical strategy and advising senior executives. You will translate executive banking priorities into AI use cases and value realization frameworks; design scalable data flows addressing operational bottlenecks in banking platforms and processes; build data-backed business cases; and present value narratives to senior financial-services leaders. You will also transform front- and back-office workflows using Lean or Six Sigma methods while maintaining audit trails, and manage the customer value journey from technical discovery and proof-of-concept pilots through Quarterly Business Reviews. The position is based in New York for the stated salary range and follows a full-time schedule. Celonis describes its work model as flexible hybrid.
