About The Position

The Lead Valet Attendant orchestrates the hotel guest service experience while working alongside coworkers to meet or exceed site service standards. Under the direction of the Account Manager, the role includes coordination and administrative duties, troubleshooting, and providing guidance when the manager is not on-site. The role also supports bell services, provides information about the hotel and surrounding area, and leads coworkers by example in delivering guest service. Administrative responsibilities include managing valet tickets and keys, supporting schedules, collecting and reconciling revenue, and completing shift paperwork. The position is based at Hilton Vacation Club Lake Tahoe. The work schedule is Monday through Sunday. Most work is performed outdoors, potentially for the entire shift, in conditions that can include extreme heat or cold. Travel of up to 5% may be required.
