About The Position
The Learning Experience – Manassas City is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Twos Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role focuses on helping children build independence, communication skills, and confidence as they transition into structured classroom routines.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Childcare or preschool experience required
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experience with 2-year-olds preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe, engaging learning environment
- Implement activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support early language, social skills, and problem-solving development
- Guide routines including toileting, meals, transitions, and rest time
- Communicate daily with families about progress and classroom activities
- Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom consistency
