Requirements

Meets state requirements for a Lead Teacher
Knowledge of child development and early childhood licensing standards
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills

Someone who brings energy, creativity, and a love for working with toddlers every day

Responsibilities

Create a warm, loving, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel safe and excited to learn
Guide your little learners through their daily adventures with patience, encouragement, and lots of smiles
Plan fun, hands-on, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and development
Lead your classroom with confidence while mentoring aides and supporting their growth
Keep your classroom organized, clean, and aligned with licensing and company standards
Build strong, positive relationships with families and teammates
