About The Position

Requirements

HS Diploma/GED required
Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
At least 18 years of age
Enhanced fingerprint-based background check

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or related field, OR a CDA (Child Development Associate Certification); AND 5-10 years teaching experience in a licensed childcare setting, OR 2-3 years’ experience in Montessori school setting

Responsibilities

Prepare for lessons and activities using our rich, easy-to-use curriculum provided for you with opportunities to add your own creative ideas as desired.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment to ensure responsive care is provided to each child
Desire to build positive relationships with children and families and be able to provide communication to parents through conversations, messaging and taking pictures to share the child's day and growth.
A passion for educating young minds in a preschool setting
Desire to work as part of a teaching team
