About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Twos Teacher to join our River Vale team! This role involves leading and managing a nurturing, engaging Twos classroom, creating fun, age-appropriate learning experiences through play and exploration, and implementing The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum. The position supports children's language, social-emotional, and developmental growth, builds strong relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers, and maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment. The Lead Twos Teacher will also provide positive classroom guidance, consistent routines, and support daily care routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest, and transitions.

Requirements

Previous professional childcare/classroom experience required
High School Diploma or GED required
Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

Nice To Haves

CDA preferred
Experience working with toddlers strongly preferred
Nurturing, energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and classroom management skills
