About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Truss Assembler Lead to support daily production operations and provide guidance to an assembly team producing components such as trusses, panels, and stairs. This hands-on position is responsible for coordinating workflow, training team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe work practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of component assembly experience or equivalent experience.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or carpentry experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing production needs.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Assign and coordinate daily work tasks to meet production goals.
- Train new employees on assembly processes, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Assemble products using hand tools and machinery.
- Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency.
- Identify and remove defective products or materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in different production areas as needed.
