Lead Truck Driver - CDL Class A - Penske Logistics
About The Position
Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Local Class A Lead CDL Truck Drivers. You will drive late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all. This role involves assisting leadership with day-to-day operations, including mentoring new hires, conducting training and inspections, and covering routes as needed. You will also prepare and assist other drivers with getting set up for the day, ensuring they have the necessary equipment, paperwork, and route information. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers. Deliver products using a pallet jack safely and efficiently to local stores. Communicate with leadership and customers as needed to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Requirements
- CDL Class A
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently
