About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity as a part of Enterprise functions to support Emerging Middle Market clients with annual revenues of $25MM to $100MM. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of Emerging Middle Market clients by identifying opportunities to expand Treasury Management relationships and deliver value-added solutions. You will partner with Relationship Managers to acquire new business, deepen existing client relationships, and increase Treasury Management revenue. You will consult with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions across payables, receivables, liquidity management, cash management, fraud prevention, and digital payments. You will analyze client needs and recommend Treasury Management strategies that improve working capital, operational efficiency, and payment processes. You will lead client discussions, presentations, and solution demonstrations while supporting competitive opportunities and RFP responses. You will collaborate with product partners, implementation teams, and service partners to deliver a seamless client experience. You will maintain knowledge of Treasury Management products, industry trends, and market developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients. Additionally, you will mentor and support team members by sharing best practices and Treasury Management expertise.

Requirements

7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
Proven success building, managing, and growing a pre-existing Treasury Management portfolio.
Consultative Treasury Management sales experience, including cash management, payables, receivables, liquidity management, commercial card, and fraud prevention solutions.
Experience partnering with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, win new business, and deepen client relationships.
Strong client-facing presentation, discovery, and solutioning skills.
Experience working with CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers, and other financial decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced sales environment.
