About The Position

The Team Lead is a nightshift leadership role designed to support the District Manager with all nighttime operational responsibilities. This position serves as the District Manager’s on-the-ground extension during evening and overnight service windows and is responsible for ensuring service continuity, accountability, and execution when management is not on site. The Team Lead maintains a home route while also serving as primary backup for open or down routes, completing audits, supporting accountability, delivering materials, and responding to service issues in real time.

Requirements

• Consistent nightly availability during assigned service windows
• Ability and willingness to personally run open or down routes
• Reliable execution of District Manager–assigned nighttime tasks
• Strong ownership of service quality and follow-through
• Clear, timely communication with the District Manager and leadership
• Maintain access to a reliable pickup truck or trailer

Responsibilities

• Nighttime Operations & DM Support: Act as primary nighttime support, execute assigned tasks, and respond to service issues.
• Route Coverage: Complete home route, serve as backup for open/down routes, and run additional routes as needed.
• Audits & Accountability: Conduct audits, reinforce standards, and identify recurring issues.
• Materials Support: Deliver bins, supplies, and materials; assist with setup and corrections.
• Reporting: Confirm service completion, communicate issues, and document recurring problems.
