Requirements

Meticulous attention to detail and capable of multi-tasking
Ability to work outdoors and be on foot for extended periods of time
Team oriented person with strong interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR

Responsibilities

Oversee lot organization and coordinates lot staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
Ensures vehicles are locked and secure at the end of the day
Key coordinator with inbound and production
Oversees transportation employee performance and allocates driver assignments
Works with Transportation Supervisor to assure compliance with safety standards and that organization objectives dictated by management are followed
Keeps track of transport vehicles, making sure that all vehicles are maintained and in top working condition
Assists Supervisor in hiring and termination recommendations and processes
Serves as a point of contact for customers, building relationships and addressing complaints
Trains staff in department policies and procedures
