The Lead Training Specialist is responsible for leading the development and delivery of a world-class training experience in support of integrated technical systems and networking devices for internal and external customers. This role owns training strategy and execution for assigned products and programs, including systems-based instruction, curriculum development, digital learning content, customer engagement, cross-functional coordination, engineering integration, and new product introduction support. The position requires strong systems engineering knowledge, technical training expertise, and leadership capability to translate complex product and system behavior into effective learning solutions that improve customer readiness, operational performance, and product adoption. The role serves as a key liaison across engineering, program, customer, and training organizations to ensure training solutions align with technical requirements, business priorities, and customer needs.
