About The Position

As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
Nice To Haves
- Montessori Certification Preferred
- If not Montessori Certified, you must be willing to enroll in Montessori training to be considered for this position.
- Montessori Certification Required
- Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy

- Assess and document student's progress
- Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Monitor children's progress and development
- Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day
