Lead Toddler Teacher
About The Position
Northwest Center Kids is seeking a dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join their team. This role involves working as part of a dynamic team, with support from a Co-Lead Teacher and Assistant Teachers. The Lead Toddler Teacher will develop and implement positive, nurturing, and stimulating programs suited to children's individual developmental needs and maintain supportive relationships with families. They will provide support to children ages birth to five. Strong candidates will be patient and professional, with a child-centered philosophy of how children learn and grow. Northwest Center Kids Early Learning believes that when children with and without disabilities learn and play together, all of them reach their full potential. This position falls under a collective bargaining agreement with the SEIU Local 925 union.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education with two (2) years of experience
- Must be a team player and love all children.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on Early Childhood Education or related field
- Some experience with children of all abilities is preferred but not required
