About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team! In this role, you will work alongside an assistant teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and structured environment for children ages 12–24 months. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping little learners build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience in early childhood education is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families through daily parent communication
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Supervise and engage children in a safe, supportive group setting
• Manage daily routines including diapering, meals, and nap times
• Accurately chart and record children’s daily activities and development
• Work collaboratively with your assistant teacher and team
