The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission is to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. As a Lead Thrift Store Associate, you will help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by assisting in the overall management of selling donated items, the profits of which fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need them in Idaho.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age
- Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
- Ability to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Represents the Idaho Youth Ranch
- Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
- Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits
- Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees
