We are seeking a Senior Thermodynamic Performance Engineer to lead the analysis, prediction, and optimization of engine thermodynamic performance across the full operating envelope. In this role, you will be a technical leader for cycle performance, fuel efficiency, and operating margins, partnering closely with design, controls, test, and services teams. You will own key performance models and datasets, drive test-to-model correlation, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations that improve safety, reliability, fuel burn, and operability.
