About The Position

We are pleased to announce the following available position: FT Lead Therapist. The Lead Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include all of the Therapist responsibilities as well as leadership for the unit programming and discharge planning. Therapist duties include: obtaining assessments; conducting individual/group therapy on assigned cases; completing documentation per policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assisting in developing and maintaining community resource information; performing marketing functions as assigned; assisting in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensuring good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences.
• Required experience providing group therapy and psychosocial assessments.
• Must be license eligible or licensed LMHC, LCSW or LMFT

Nice To Haves

• Additional experience preferred in case coordination activities, substance abuse, mental health and specific treatment related to adults/children in acute care and/or intensive outpatient settings.
