As a Lead Therapist, youâll play an important role in supporting your peers, helping strengthen collaboration within your small group pod, and contributing to the continued growth of our clinical community.

Requirements

Independently licensed in NY or willing to obtain NY licensure
Supervisor or lead clinician experience
Minimum 1-2 years post-licensure experience
Familiarity and understanding/embodiment of TCP Vision, Values, goals and organizational structure.
Familiarity with clinical policies & procedures, and SOPâs.
Ability to provide input and guidance with revisions as needed.
Superuser of the EHR system.
Familiarity with technology stack (general computer troubleshooting, communication platforms, new tech tools) and ability to support use in others.
