We’re excited to offer an opportunity to become a Lead Therapist! This role is designed for clinicians who are energized for growth and interested in developing their leadership skills while continuing to provide high-quality client care. As a Lead Therapist, you’ll play an important role in supporting your peers, helping strengthen collaboration within your small group pod, and contributing to the continued growth of our clinical community.

Requirements

• Familiarity and understanding/embodiment of TCP Vision, Values, goals and organizational structure.
• Familiarity with clinical policies & procedures, and SOP’s. Ability to provide input and guidance with revisions as needed.
• Superuser of the EHR system.
• Familiarity with technology stack (general computer troubleshooting, communication platforms, new tech tools) and ability to support use in others.
• Licensed in NY or willing to obtain NY licensure
• Supervisor or lead clinician experience
• Minimum 1-2 years post-licensure experience

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in an outpatient private practice setting, in performing 45-60 min sessions
