Bachelor's Level Therapist Opportunity - Full Time
HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. Programming Overview
HRI Hospital offers six (6) distinct Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) including The General Adult Psychiatric Program (GAP), The Triangle Program (LGBTQIAA+), The Women’s Program, The Dual Diagnosis Program, Stride (Emerging Adults), and Ascend (BIPOC). Partial hospitalization programs are offered for patients as part of the treatment continuum. These programs offer a safe, structured environment while enabling the patient to return home at night and maintain important family and community relationships.

Requirements

• Education: Current enrollment in a Master's Degree with a 2026 expected graduation date
• Experience: Current internship at HRI Hospital

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy
• Document clients’ treatment
• Complete diagnostic assessments
• Provide crisis intervention
• Provide milieu management
