About The Position

As a Lead Technology Architect, you will be a key member of our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration team, supporting modernization initiatives for a federal client. In this role, you will coordinate migration activities with third-party vendors, oversee internal architecture reviews, manage connectivity to external systems, and collaborate closely with Oracle teams throughout hosting and testing phases. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with teams and clients
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
  • U.S. citizenship (per client contract requirements)
  • Eligible for applicable government security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Oracle Health OCI team and third-party vendors to plan and execute migration projects
  • Coordinate migration of system interfaces
  • Define, design, and oversee migration approaches for diverse products moving to OCI
  • Manage the procurement of OCI resources for each migration effort
  • Coordinate contract creation and related administrative processes
  • Track project status, report risks, and help resolve issues
