About The Position
HEICO Component Repair Group is currently looking for a Lead Technician for our Pneumatic shop. Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English
- Must be able to read, understand and interpret Repair station and Quality Control Manuals, company policies, procedures and regulations
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player
Nice To Haves
- A&P Certification a plus but not required
- At least 15 years of experience as a lead technician preferred
Responsibilities
- Disassemble assemblies, clean assemblies, repair or perform the removal and replacement of components, re-assembly of parts in accordance with OEM and FAA approval data.
- Keep all personal and company tools in working conditions.
- Assist manager with the supervision of the technicians, as well as to assist and facilitate the technicians in accomplishing their tasks.
- Manage and supervise the department in the absence of the Manager/Supervisor.
