Lead Technician
About The Position
TEKsystems is looking for 2 lead/foreman technicians to run a large Datacenter project in El Paso TX. They will start off on smaller buildings with a team of 6 and get acclimated. They will eventually be running teams of 20 or so on large scope buildings. They will be running OSP fiber to the buildings, ISP fiber, cat6. This person will be laying out daily activities for teams, ensuring they have the proper gear and materials, ensuring our teams show up and do good work, deliver daily feedback to the Site Superintendents, ensure we have the proper manpower and terminate people as needed based on performance and availability. These position will also be doing install.

- Good with other trades
- Knows how to handle and alleviate conflict
- Must have their own tools
- Must have OSHA 10 and Lift Certification prior to going on site
- Must have all hand tools and cordless drill to do the job
