The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will act in the capacity of a Program Manager with responsibilities of managing workstreams from end-to-end, to successfully deliver objectives for our customers and business partners. You will accelerate progress by driving crisp, timely decisions. You will serve as a first point of contact for projects and the source of truth for project status, and be able to communicate with confidence 3+ levels up. You will transform raw thoughts into clear and concise communications; provide accurate information and associated data about the state of the project to the right audience at the right time; and run effective meetings. You will have experience in and understand industry technologies; understand their programs, products, or technology domains; possess sufficient depth/credibility to be effective with teams they work with; competently represent team’s services to stakeholders and other teams; and bring developers or SMEs to meetings as appropriate to discuss details. You will deliver independently but will occasionally seek direction from peers/managers. You will possess skills in forming good working relationships with engineers, managers, and peers. You will optimize previously defined approaches for a team or limited area; demonstrate improvements using data; and utilize department mechanisms (i.e. retrospectives, staff meetings, status meetings) to describe and drive continuous improvements.
