The role: We are looking for a Lead, Technical Product Owner- Supply Chain Products to own and evolve critical digital products in our Supply Chain ecosystem including but not limited to Digital Product Passport, e Certificate of Assurance, Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) and new products under development. Our Supply Chain products are built on top of our Industrial Data Hub on Google Cloud Platform, enabling product transparency, traceability, and intelligence across the supply chain lifecycle. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product strategy and technical execution for the multiple cloud based supply chain products—partnering closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Data, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver data- and AI-enabled capabilities that solve real, complex supply chain problems. You will balance strategic direction, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on product leadership to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or complex digital solution delivery, including experience with data- and AI-enabled products.
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale digital products in complex domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, or regulated industries.
  • Proven experience working in Agile and/or SAFe environments, with accountability for roadmap delivery and business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels—from vision-setting to backlog refinement.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Stakeholder Leadership & Communication Strong ability to engage and influence business, technical, and data stakeholders; translate between business needs and technical solutions; align competing priorities.
  • Product & Business Analysis Expertise in defining user journeys, creating user stories, mapping current and future states, performing root-cause analysis, and evaluating ROI using data-driven approaches.
  • Strategic Thinking & Change Leadership Ability to connect product decisions to enterprise goals, challenge assumptions, and drive adoption of new digital capabilities at scale.
  • Technical Product Fluency Comfort with data platforms, system integration patterns, and data flows; ability to interrogate data; strong appreciation for UX/UI and user-centered design principles.
  • Tools & Ways of Working Jira, Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet (or equivalent product and delivery tools).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering digital supply chain or product data platforms built on the Google Cloud ecosystem.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, modeling & simulation, or AI/ML-driven workflows.
  • Experience working within global, federated organizations with complex data landscapes and diverse business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Supply Chain products vision and roadmap, aligning supply chain and quality capabilities with enterprise strategy, regulatory needs, and business outcomes.
  • Lead product planning and prioritization, partnering with senior Supply Chain and Quality stakeholders to define capabilities, features, and success criteria.
  • Translate complex supply chain data models from the Industrial Data Hub into clear product capabilities, epics, and user stories with outcome-focused acceptance criteria.
  • Define and track product value metrics , ensuring each release delivers measurable impact such as cycle-time reduction, improved data quality, increased traceability, or knowledge reuse.
  • Guide the development of data- and AI-enabled supply chain capabilities , supporting insights, automation, and decision-making across the product lifecycle.
  • Lead Agile / SAFe product execution, working closely with engineering, architecture, and delivery leaders to manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Act as a product leader and coach , raising product management maturity and best practices across the broader Supply Chain digital product portfolio.
