About The Position

The Conversion Lead is responsible for facilitating day-to-day conversions to ensure the accurate and timely completion of transitions between events. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that all conversion processes are executed smoothly. If you have strong organizational skills and a knack for coordinating complex tasks, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our event success!

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED is required
Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is required

Nice To Haves

Stagehand experience is preferred
Experience operating forklift, scissor lift, pallet jacks is preferred
Comfortability and experience with heights is preferred
OSHA 10 certification is preferred

Responsibilities

Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations
Perform administrative duties related to event productions
