The Lead Team Member position is a full-time role with availability for days and evenings. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and equipment, managing merchandise and sales, overseeing financial and security controls, and supervising customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager. The position also includes coaching and training new employees, managing customer traffic, and assisting with employee counseling. The Lead Team Member will also be responsible for daily store reports and other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
