About The Position

The Early Education Head Teacher is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the early education program in the assigned classroom. In the implementation of this responsibility, the Head Teacher will provide spiritual leadership, oversee the center Early Education Program Administration, ensure the Christian Early Education program is followed, and positive relationships are maintained with children, parents, employees and the community.

Requirements

• Evidence of spiritual maturity and demonstrated knowledge of Christian early education
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with children, parents, coworkers and administration
• Meet the 2026 Colorado Department of Human Services qualifications and requirements for Group Leader
• College level classes in early education may qualify

Nice To Haves

• One year experience working with children in an early education program environment is preferred

Responsibilities
