About The Position

We are hiring 4 Lead Teachers—and we are intentional about who we bring onto our team. We are currently hiring full-time Lead Teachers for: Preschool (up to 20 students, 2 staff) PreK (up to 20 students, 2 staff) Wobbler (young toddler classroom, up to 14 students, 2 staff) Float Teacher (supporting classrooms with leadership and consistency). You will be trusted to run your classroom with structure, intention, and professionalism —while being supported by systems that set you up for success. Requirements

• Meet Minnesota Lead Teacher requirements
• Classroom experience preferred
• Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) child development + curriculum
• Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and manage a structured classroom
• Reliable – You show up, on time, consistently
