About The Position

We are hiring 4 Lead Teachers—and we are intentional about who we bring onto our team. This is not a role for someone looking to “just get through the day.” This is for someone who wants to lead a classroom, grow professionally, and be part of a program that truly supports both children and teachers. We are currently hiring full-time Lead Teachers for: Preschool (up to 20 students, 2 staff) PreK (up to 20 students, 2 staff) Wobbler (young toddler classroom, up to 14 students, 2 staff) Float Teacher (supporting classrooms with leadership and consistency). You will be trusted to run your classroom with structure, intention, and professionalism —while being supported by systems that set you up for success. Requirements

  • Meet Minnesota Lead Teacher requirements
  • Classroom experience preferred
  • Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) child development + curriculum
  • Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and manage a structured classroom
  • Reliable – You show up, on time, consistently
  • Hard-working – You take initiative without being asked
  • Accountable – You take ownership of your classroom
  • Growth-minded – You want feedback and use it
  • Caring & intentional – You build real connections

Responsibilities

  • Lead your classroom with structure, consistency, and intention
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Maintain high standards for safety, supervision, and organization
  • Track and assess development and communicate with families
  • Mentor and lead your classroom team
