About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum Education: Must hold High School Diploma and a current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential; TCC.
- Experience as a teacher.
- Passion for the growth and development of children.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.
- Prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using the provided curriculum.
- Assist in daily care such as meal time, potty training, changing, and nap time.
- Maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.
- Oversee classroom management and the daily tasks of junior team members.
- Assist the Assistant Director and Director in classroom and facility management as directed.
