Requirements

  • 3 years in early childhood education preferred
  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with a minimum of 18 credits in ECE.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; adept at fostering a team environment and building community.
  • Friendly and caring personality
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks and a health screening.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with children to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and valued.
  • Lead and inspire a team of classroom aides and assistants, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
  • Work closely with your team to plan fun and engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of each child using the Creative Curriculum.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and families through regular communication and participation in community events.
