About The Position

The Learning Experience (TLE) is the fastest-growing Academy of Early Education in the nation. Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
Six months of professional teaching experience (required).
High school diploma/GED (required).
Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

1 year of professional teaching experience.
Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to drive the curriculum.
Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s adventures and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
