The Lead Teacher helps St. Ann achieve this goal by understanding and communicating the needs of children and their families by assuring the daily care that meets each child’s spiritual, developmental, nutritional, and personal needs by communicating with parents, and working effectively with the seniors and volunteers within the classroom.
