About The Position

This role is for a Lead Teacher at a child care center, focusing on inspiring children to become lifelong learners. It involves creating and developing fun, interactive learning experiences, mentoring other teachers, promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and building relationships with families to support child achievement and center success. The company is looking for energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success
