About The Position

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older (some states 16yr old).
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience, and CDA:TCC; Associate's;College Course Work in ECE; or Bachelor's in Child Care related major and 6 months of experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.
Prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using the provided curriculum.
Assist in daily care such as meal time, potty training, changing, and nap time.
Maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.
Oversee classroom management and the daily tasks of junior team members.
Assist the Assistant Director and Director in classroom and facility management as directed.
