We are looking for a passionate Lead Older Toddler Teacher who will positively impact children's lives and make a difference in early childhood education to join our team. Our lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment. Teachers work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service. Observe children’s interests and work with other teachers to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum. Requirements

Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred, or working towards one
Either an Associate's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree
6 months or more of previous experience working in a childcare facility
Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multitasking to ensure smooth school operations
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergencies.

Working with the assistant teacher and in conjunction with the entire faculty.
