About The Position
Columbia Academy Maple Lawn is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher for their 3yr Olds Classroom. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting student progress. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 90 hour MSDE certifications for Preschool REQUIRED
- at least 1 yr experience as a Lead teacher in a licensed childcare center
- Must be available to work 9 am - 6 pm M-F
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
