About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Infant Lead Teacher to join our team. This role involves creating a nurturing and joyful environment for infants, developing age-appropriate curriculum, communicating with parents, and guiding play-based learning. The ideal candidate will have a love for babies and experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.

Requirements

CDA or college degree in ECE or related field.
Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.
Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!).
Classroom management skills that keep the team on point.
