About The Position
Lead Teacher, Infant/Toddler Room. Not just childcare – early education that shapes child development! UCP is hiring for a reliable, responsible, attentive teacher to join our Infant/Toddler team! Using a research-based curriculum, you’ll help children explore concepts like colors, shapes, and language while building confidence and friendships. Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year experience with preschool age children or young children with special needs preferred.
- Experience working with families and supervising staff required.
- Must obtain agency provided CPR/First Aid/BBP certifications within 60 days of hire.
- Must obtain agency provided Safety Care certification within 30 days of hire.
- Must obtain agency provided BHP certification within 12 months of hire.
- Valid State of Maine driver license, reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance, and willingness to use own transportation for work.
