About The Position
Implements daily educational and caregiving routines for children in a university-affiliated early childhood program. Designs and delivers an emergent curriculum reflecting play pedagogy to support children's construction of knowledge. Maintains a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth, learning and development. Communicates regularly with families and colleagues to ensure quality care and learning experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in early childhood education.
- Knowledge of play pedagogy.
- Ability to design and deliver emergent curriculum.
- Skills in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
- Competence in promoting child development.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with families and colleagues.
