My Gym Boston is seeking enthusiastic, dependable team members who love working with kids, staying active, and bringing big energy into everything they do. The role involves singing, dancing, and being goofy while making an impact on children's lives. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment filled with music, movement, and laughter.
Requirements
- A high-energy, positive personality and genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability during the week, including at least one weekend day
Nice To Haves
- Background in sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, education, or similar is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and excited to grow with a team
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist engaging, structured classes for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years
- Help run unforgettable birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming space for families
- Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers
- Support daily operations, tours, and member experience
