Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification or advanced degree preferred
Minimum 7 years experience in tax, financial analysis, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with partners and senior stakeholders.
Experience working with pass-through entities, partnerships, or complex ownership structures.

Nice To Haves

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, and Tableau) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical resource for complex tax and accounting matters.
Review and oversee calculations, analyses, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams on strategic initiatives.
Identify risks, recommend solutions, and support implementation of process improvements.
Support implementation of new business programs, policies, and operational changes.
Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and overall stakeholder experience.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and review for Analysts and Senior Analysts.
