About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to attract and hire compassionate, high-performing talent across their organization. This role leads full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-volume frontline roles, hard-to-fill positions, and leadership opportunities while helping strengthen hiring processes, candidate experience, and community partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, creative sourcing, and making a meaningful impact through hiring. The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist will also partner closely with leadership and assist the Director with key talent initiatives and recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 4-5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or related experience required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple service lines and communities
  • Lead hiring efforts for frontline healthcare roles, difficult-to-fill positions, and leadership opportunities across clinical, operational, and support teams
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and passive outreach
  • Conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
  • Build talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Create a positive candidate experience through clear communication and efficient hiring practices
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Provide updates on recruiting progress and candidate pipelines
  • Offer recruiting recommendations for challenging openings
  • Support leaders throughout the hiring process
  • Build relationships with colleges, healthcare programs, workforce organizations, and community partners
  • Represent Hillcrest Health & Living at career fairs, networking events, and community hiring initiatives
  • Help grow awareness of career opportunities across our communities and services
  • Identify ways to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
  • Support job posting strategy across multiple recruiting platforms
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Dayforce or similar ATS platforms
  • Help create consistency and efficiency across hiring workflows
  • Assist the Director with recruiting initiatives and special projects
  • Help onboard and train new recruiting team members
  • Support employer branding efforts
  • Step in to help where needed as the team grows
